-Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are only required for picnics, rustic night, and the after hour photo sessions. In the event that we reach max parking capacity, we will close our gates and let customers in as spots open up. *CARPOOLING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
-Are pets allowed?
Other than ADA-registered service dogs, pets are NOT permitted at Waimanalo Country Farms. We wish that were not the case - but food safety regulations, as well as the safety of our own animals and guests - we do not allow it.
-Will you have a pet day like in the past?
Unfortunately we will not be allowing pet days as we have had in the past.
-How long do the sunflowers last?
Each bloom (or field) will last about 10 days. We plant a various amount of fields so that it lasts for a few weeks at the least.
-Do you have normal business hours?
No. Our farm is a real working farm and although we are in operation throughout the year, we are only open to the public during our special event hours. Our special event hours are posted on the home page.
Where can I purchase your lemonade?
You can purchase our lemonade at any of our events at our farm or at the Kailua Farmers Market on Thursdays between 4pm-7pm and at the KCC farmers market from 7am-11am (we will not be at the farmers’s markets during our farm events).
Do you have an online store?
We are working on publishing our online store within the next month. For now, you could message us directly on our instagram or email us if you want to place an order for any of our products.
Dress Code/Recommended attire:
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Please avoid wearing sandals, flip-flops, open-toed shoes, or high heels. Shoes are highly recommended as this is a real working farm. There are ants, mosquitoes, and other bugs around our property.
Our events are family friendly so appropriate attire is required. If you are wearing clothing that is too revealing or inappropriate (cleavage, butts, or whatever else that should be covered up) you will be asked to cover up or leave without a refund.
No bikinis or swimwear allowed (cover ups are required).
Insurance Policy:
In complying with insurance policies, and for your protection, PETS are prohibited at Waimanalo Country Farms.
Do you allow outside food or drinks?
There is no outside food or drinks allowed other than water.
Do you have toilets?
Yes we have portable toilets available for use (these are portable toilets and we clean them as best as we can daily at the end of the day).
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have LIMITED parking areas around the property. It is best to carpool as much as possible to avoid having to park off property.
